Spring 2022 Zoning Changes

The Planning & Development staff has initiated several zoning map changes as a result of the adoption of the new Zoning Ordinance, which became effective on July 1, 2021. Below are maps of the affected areas

  5. Hubert Boulevard
  6. Kingsbridge Subdivision
  7. Murrill Brown and Fire Tower Road
  8. Old Beechtree Lane
  9. Parkertown Road
  10. Rhodestown Road
  11. Swan Point Road

The Onslow County Planning Board will meet on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the proposed zoning of these properties. This meeting will be held in the Government Center at 234 NW Corridor Boulevard, Jacksonville. The meeting is open to the public. Please be advised that you will be subject to a security screening upon entering the building.
