12U: 9-12 years old (coed)

16U: 13-16 years old (coed)

Mandatory Skill Assessment: A mandatory skill assessment will take place for each player before rosters are created in an effort to balance skill levels on all teams. This process helps ensure a positive experience for all players who are involved in the league. 

Practice: Each team will have one practice per week Monday - Friday, depending on coach availability. No practice, player, or coach requests can be taken.

Games: Regular season games begin in June and run through the end of July. Games will be played on Saturday mornings. Game times are TBD. 

Locations: The skills assessment, practices and games are held at Onslow Pines Park.
