Meals on Wheels

Home Delivered Meals are provided in the home to eligible persons (60 and older) who are home bound due to illness or incapacitating disability. In addition, individuals must be unable to obtain food or prepare meals for themselves and have no responsible person to assist them with this task.

According to the Meals on Wheels website, 1 in 6 seniors in America faces the threat of hunger and 1 in 4 lives alone in isolation. Meals on Wheels is the program that tries to reach out to this senior population.

Consumer contributions are welcome. However, those unable to contribute will not be denied service.
