Living Healthy With Diabetes

A six week program to help you learn to live a healthy life with diabetes. Developed at Stanford University, Living Healthy workshops will help you or someone you know to better:
  • Manage symptoms like fatigue and depression
  • Use relaxation techniques
  • Eat healthy and plan meals
  • Use medication effectively
  • Improve communication skills
  • Monitor blood sugar
  • Solve problems and set goals
  • Feel better and take charge
The workshop is free and participants age 60 and older will receive a free copy of Living a Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions book.
