The County of Onslow is soliciting bids for various drugs and medications.
The purpose of this solicitation is to award a Term Contract to a vendor or multiple vendors for a period of six months. The contract will be effective August 1, 2020 through January 31, 2021. The Term Contract may be extended for an additional six-month period upon the same pricing, terms, and conditions, if agreeable by awarded vendors.
Successful Offerors will be e-mailed a Term Contract which will identify each individual item, the vendor who was awarded the item, the brand, item number, unit of measure, and price. Orders will be placed as needed either by purchase order or called in with a county-issued procurement card.
Sealed bids will be received by the County until 2:00 PM, July 17, 2020. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Onslow County Purchasing Department, 234 NW Corridor Blvd., Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Onslow County Purchasing Department, phone (910) 455-1750, during regular business hours.
Bids submitted via facsimile (FAX) machine or electronic means, such as email, in response to this Invitation to Bid will not be acceptable.

Pursuant to NCGS 143-129.8 and NCGS 143-135.9, the County of Onslow is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade its production room.
Sealed proposals are being accepted until 4:00 PM EST, July 9, 2020 at the Onslow County Purchasing Department, 234 NW Corridor Blvd. Jacksonville, NC 28540. No proposal will be accepted after the official time and date. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Onslow County Purchasing Department, phone (910) 455-1750, during regular business hours.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Onslow County Government Center, 234 NW Corridor Blvd. All prospective bidders are urged to attend. Prospective bidders will see our existing production room and details will be provided for a solution that will best fit the County’s need in response to the challenges that have occurred to transmit pertinent information to the public during Covid-19. Attendance of this pre-proposal conference will be considered when evaluating responses.

Only written questions will be considered formal. Any information given verbally or by telephone will be considered informal. Any questions that the County feels are pertinent to all proposers will be mailed as an addendum to the RFP.
The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, contractors providing submittals shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.

Any changes in specifications shall be in writing in the form of an addendum. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure that all addenda are received prior to submitting a bid.
