Last week the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office began issuing its first body cameras within the department. Deputies received training on the cameras, proper storage, and agency policy.
Over the subsequent weeks, deputies in the patrol, school resource officer, DWI, warrant, and civil process units will be issued the new body camera equipment.
