West Barefoot is the the new EMS Division Head for Onslow County Emergency Services. West brings 21 years of experience in emergency medical services to his role. He comes from Harnett County, NC where he most recently served as Assistant Chief of Training and previously held the roles of EMS Shift Supervisor and Paramedic.
