Land Records

The Land Records Division is responsible for maintaining real property ownership data resulting from deed transfers, new subdivisions, and property splits. Land Records also processes Property Exemption Applications and Present Use Value Applications for agriculture, horticulture, and forestland properties.

The Land Records Division provides several public access stations for taxpayers, citizens, surveyors, and attorneys to easily access real estate property characteristics, sales, and value information.
