    Mission Statement

    The Register of Deeds is the official gatekeeper of Onslow County documents.  We maintain real estate records, birth, death and marriage certificates, notary public indexes, financing statements and military discharges in accordance with the North Carolina General Statutes and local ordinances.

    We accept all documents for e-recording EXCEPT for maps/plats and UCCs.
