WIC provides foods (at no cost) to low income pregnant, post-partum, breastfeeding women, infants, and children until the age of five.

Current Identification - (Only one is needed to apply) Valid drivers' license, Social Security card, work/school ID, Medicaid card, military ID, birth certificate, immunization record; and for infants: hospital crib card, ID bracelet, or mother's verification of facts form.Proof of Residence - (Where you live) Recent utility bill, valid driver's license, Medicaid card, bank statement, current rental or mortgage agreementProof of Income - Most recent paycheck stubs or LES, Medicaid card, letter of certification from Food & Nutrition Services, letter from employer stating gross income and frequency of pay, recent tax return if self-employed
There is no charge to participate in the WIC Program.
