Onslow County and the City of Jacksonville, NC, teamed up with BidNet to develop a bidding system that allows all vendors online access to our bid information. The County also has the option to posts bids online through the State of North Carolina's "Interactive Purchasing System (IPS)". This site lists all state departments and campuses, plus public schools and some local government's procurements.
