If unemployed at the time of your appointment we will look at income for the past 6 months and project zero income for you 6 months into the future.
If you present without proof of income information you will be granted 10 working days to get information to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for 100% of charges for the service received.
If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage at the time of your appointment we can file BCBS first. Any remaining unpaid balance will be your responsibility based on SFS from 0% - 100%.
If you have any medical health insurance that you don’t mind us filing for payment, please bring your health insurance card(s). Typically, what the insurance pays is all we may get. Exceptions a few ‘special’ labs.
STD services are provided Mon-Friday on a walk-in basis.
We open the doors at 7:30 a.m. to begin scheduling walk-in appointments slots for the day on Mon-Fri 8 a.m. – 3:30 pm.
On Thursdays, we again open the doors at 7:30 a.m. to begin scheduling walk-in appointments slots for the day beginning at 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
The STD clinic appointments fill up quickly. We recommend you come in on the day you wish to be seen as soon as possible to ensure you get an appointment for the day.
