- For map related information (ownership, values, etc) our customers are encouraged to view this online via our map interface.
- Specialized maps, customers can call (910) 937-1190 or email their request. A PDF version could then be created and emailed to the customer. If needing a printed map, they would have to print it themselves from the provided PDF.

Library | Due to limited staff, the Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, and Richlands Branches of the Onslow County Public Library will be temporarily closed. Book drops will remain open and “Grab N’ Go” holds pickup will be from 10am to 3pm (Monday-Friday). - We have a host of virtual services available to patrons: digital books, audio books, videos for children and adults, online classes incl. language learning. These require a library card (free for Onslow county citizens and employees) which can be obtained calling your library branch below.
- Safety protocols in place: facial coverings requested; seating and limited computers are available; building capacity is at 50%.

Parks & Recreation | - All beaches and playgrounds are now open to the public.

- To practice social distancing, most services can be handled remotely through register of deed’s website and order vital records online or post mail.

Tax Office | - Office is open to the public.
- Tax Administration is still providing all necessary services online or over the phone. A drop box is located near the entrance to the Onslow County Government Center for citizens to drop off tax forms, payments (no cash please), and other correspondence or documents, such as property tax relief applications.
