OCPL offers reduced contact holds pickup for patrons that do not feel comfortable coming inside the building. Patrons with items on hold should call their respective branch location to arrange to pick up their held material.

Patrons needing tax forms can call their respective branch locations to arrange pick-up curbside.
Wi-Fi service reaches into the parking lots of all Onslow County Public Library locations. Citizens with their own devices are encouraged to use this service.
All book returns will remain open.
OCPL has a variety of online resources available for free with a library card – eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, language learning, streaming video, and much more. Library cards can be set up online or over the phone by calling one of our locations.
Library staff will also be available to answer reference questions via phone.
