Welcome to Onslow County Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)!

The Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) reaches limited-resource families through a series of hands-on lessons that are evidence-based and tailored to meet the needs of the audience.  Participants in local classes learn to cook and include more fruits & vegetables into their meals, save money on food, food safety and more!
