About the Program

WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) provides healthy foods, breastfeeding support, health referrals, and eating tips at no cost to low-income individuals who are:
  • Breastfeeding
  • Children under age of five
  • Infants
  • Postpartum
  • Pregnant

Breast Feeding Classes and Support Groups:

TT WIC BF Support group - 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 12-1 - TT WIC office
TT WIC BF Class- 3rd Wednesday of each month from 2-4pm- TT WIC office

OCHD WIC BF Support group- 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 10-11 - WIC Breastfeeding peer counselor office
OCHD BF Class- 1st Tuesday of each month from 9-11am- Breastfeeding peer counselor office

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:
 https://www.nutritionnc.com/nondiscrimination.htm and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
