Adult day care provides supervised care for adults, in a home like atmosphere, as an alternative to long term care placement, while allowing the individual to continue their involvement in the community. The program strives to help each person maintain individual dignity, self-identity and enhance their quality of life. The New Life Enrichment Center Adult Day Care offers a variety of planned activities to meet the individual's needs.

Fees

The cost is $35 a day. Payment may be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis, payable in advance. An additional charge of $12.00 will be applied for participants who remain at the daycare center for every 15 minutes after 5:00 pm.

Monday - Friday

7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Application Requirements

In order to apply:

• A medical form must be completed by a physician within 30 days of admission
• The applicant, accompanied by a family member, need to visit the center
• Know there will be a trial period at the center for the participant
