- Use relaxation techniques
- Eat healthy and plan meals
- Use medication effectively
- Improve communication skills
- Monitor blood sugar
- Solve problems and set goals
- Feel better and take charge
The workshop is
free and participants age 60 and older will receive a
free copy of Living a Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions book.
