Tai Chi

Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. The movements of Tai Chi are gentle, graceful, mystical and a safe way to relieve arthritis pain and gain balance, strength, and flexibility. Tai Chi is one of many alternative therapies that can provide relief from pain.

Classes are held twice a week for ten weeks at 1 hour each.
