Welcome to the Onslow County Purchasing Department website.  The goal of this website is to inform the citizens of the purpose of the Purchasing Department and also to keep the citizens informed of our current bids and surplus property for sale.

Mission

The mission of the Purchasing Department is to obtain the necessary goods and services, for all county departments, in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner.

Further, it has the responsibility to ensure that all procurement activity is conducted in compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, local ordinances, and approved policies and procedures.
