In addition, the County of Onslow is using Bidnet's electronic bidding system for most of our informal bids for the purchase of apparatus, supplies, materials, or equipment. Access to documents and specifications for these bids are available online via Bidnet for registered suppliers. Addendum

Any changes in specifications shall be in writing in the form of an addendum. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure that all addenda are received prior to submitting a bid. To obtain addenda, contact the Onslow County Purchasing at 910-455-1750. In no way will the County be responsible for bidders not receiving addenda.
