Stroller Strides

Onslow County Parks and Recreation is partnering with Fit4Mom to offer Stroller Strides.  Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout incorporates strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Learn to stretch your grocery dollars by using coupons and to decide which store is the best to shop in based on the weekly sales and the coupons.  Participants will learn how to save without spending hours at the grocery store. It’s FREE to attend, pre-registration preferred.

Onslow County Multipurpose Complex

Onslow County Parks and Recreation is excited to offer Dinner and a Movie on March 22 at the Onslow County Multipurpose Complex. Dinner and a Movie is the perfect opportunity for date night, girl’s night, or spending time with friends. Participants will enjoy a catered dinner , popcorn, and a movie showing of “Ocean’s 8”. Cost is $15 per person; pre-registration is required.
