Onslow County Parks and Recreation is partnering with Tinkergarten to offer outdoor classes where children can learn through play.
Every Monday, families meet outdoors to connect and learn through play. In a 5-part class each week, TinkergartenClasses will take place in Onslow Pines Park. For more information and to register visit www.tinkergarten.com.
Onslow County Parks and Recreation is partnering with Coastal Carolina Artists and Crafters Guild to offer a teacher workday art camp February 18, 2019 where participants will create Spring inspired crafts. All supplies are included, cost is $30 per child. Ages 7-13. Participants are asked to bring: lunch and two snacks per day and wear paint friendly clothing.
Drop your kids off for a morning of yoga style fun! This unique program is designed for kids to explore the benefits of their bodies, minds, and spirits through stretching. Class is age appropriate, and no prior children’s yoga experience is required. Parents, we recommend that you provide your child with a yoga mat. Class is open to ages 5 – 9; cost is $10 per participant and pre-registration is required.

Onslow County Parks and Recreation is partnering with Loud Creations to Seuss inspired. Come create beautiful Dr. Seuss paintings, crafts, and Seuss inspired snacks at this Seusstastic Loud Creations Event. All supplies included, cost is $40 per child; $35 per sibling. Ages 6-10. Participants are asked to wear paint friendly clothing and either eat lunch before the event or bring lunch with them.
