Congratulations to Rosanna Outler, Onslow County's new Deputy Clerk to the Board. Colleagues joined Rosanna for a swearing in ceremony on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at the Onslow County Government Center to celebrate her new position.
Rosanna is an Onslow County native and graduated from East Carolina University. She has more than 10 years of combined experience working in multiple aspects of administration as well as healthcare management. After moving around with the military, Rosanna decided to move back to Onslow County where her children can experience some of the same schools she went to growing up.
